exercise when sick

We all know that exercise is great, even essential for a healthy mind and body. But what about when we feel sick? Should we “power through” and sweat out the illness, or should we crawl under the covers and watch TV?

The best general advice (from Mercola.com)  is to avoid all but light exercise when you are sick.
